Costly
Custom development inside standard systems is expensive to build, to maintain and to support — and the bill returns with every upgrade.
Software for your business
Standard ERP never covers 100% of your business. We build the apps that close that gap — customer-specific, integrated with your ERP — accelerating your processes in weeks, not years.
Who we are
Accelerate2Value is a small, customer-focused company. On the back of 50+ years of experience in software development and in the analysis and optimisation of business processes, we help our clients develop, deliver and support high-value solutions — solutions that fix a specific problem and support the business-critical processes standard ERP leaves uncovered.
There are countless companies that build IT solutions. So why start our own? Because we believe the business process should be both the starting point and the end point of a solution — enabled by powerful IT technology. IT is a powerful means, never the goal. That's why we talk with your people in business language, about their processes, their frustrations and their potential to improve the value they deliver to customers.
Vision & mission
Every company records its core processes in its ERP, finance, logistics and CRM systems. They are your backbone, but they never cover the company-specific processes completely. And those are exactly the processes that decide how much value you deliver to your customers.
Custom development inside standard systems is expensive to build, to maintain and to support — and the bill returns with every upgrade.
Hard-wired customisation resists change. When the business shifts, the workaround becomes the constraint.
Self-built spreadsheets work in a limited context. Add people, departments and locations and it starts to break.
Business-critical knowledge lives in the heads of one or two people — and in spreadsheets only they understand.
Our mission
Accelerate2Value builds sharply targeted, customer-specific solutions for the processes your standard systems leave uncovered — replacing the custom ERP code and the shared spreadsheets with something properly built, integrated and supported.
What it delivers
Our approach
Define the core of the problem in an extremely short time, then deliver applications that work. Interaction with your key users is what makes it possible.
We map the problem and its full business & IT context, agree where you want to end up, and fix the scope of the prototype: what, when, cost.
Three stages, with your key users involved from the very first prototype.
Proves we understood the problem and aligns every stakeholder. Must-haves and the necessary integrations are settled here.
Weekly development sprints, deployed early so users can test it long before go-live. Ends with the first productive release.
Two-weekly sprints add what the business asks for, with training and change management running alongside.
We maintain, monitor and support the application, adding improvements and new features whenever they are needed.
Architecture
We deliver customer apps: a standardised platform and a proven set of components that we use as the base for customer-specific applications. Standard where it can be, specific where it has to be.
The end-user environment, where all the interaction happens. Built around your way of working — precisely the features your users need and none of the ballast that only confuses them. The result: a very short learning curve and a tool people are happy to open.
The layer underneath. Generic functionality reusable across customer apps, plus add-ons that hold your specific logic — optimisation algorithms, business rules, validations.
Storage, database, user authentication and hosting. Robust, scalable and monitored — so large data volumes and many concurrent users stay fast.
We design, build and test with the latest AI-assisted development tooling. It is a large part of why a small team can put a working solution in your hands in weeks rather than months — and it applies to our own code and specifications, not to your data. Your business data lives only in your solution, on the platform you choose.
Core values
No sticking plasters or workarounds. Fixing the core sometimes means changing the way of working — usually a simplification, always with training and change management alongside.
Exactly the features the user needs to support the process closely, and no superfluous ballast that only confuses.
A beautiful tool nobody uses is worthless. Users are involved intensively from the prototype onwards — not after go-live.
Data is maintained centrally and read live from connected systems, linked into one coherent overview — no navigating five screens, no copy-paste between environments.
Our solutions run on a robust and scalable technical platform — large data volumes and many concurrent users, with performance that holds up.
Tooling that carries business-critical processes deserves proper care. We deliver as software-as-a-service by default, monitor availability and keep it up to date.
About us
Accelerate2Value was founded in 2026 by two professionals who have spent their careers on both sides of the problem — building the software, and analysing and optimising the business processes it supports. They stay involved from the first analysis through to support.
Co-founder & owner
Nanne has always been intrigued by the power of IT and learned programming from a very young age. To keep a wider perspective he studied Industrial Engineering & Management Science at TU Eindhoven. After that, Nanne worked as a supply chain consultant for several years. In 2009 he joined Richard at the software company behind an advanced supply chain analytics solution for SAP. He worked there in several roles and gained a deep understanding of SAP and ERP in general. Since 2017 he has worked as an independent BI consultant, building many data models and cloud applications supporting the business.
Co-founder & owner
Richard has supported 100+ midsized and large enterprises around the world improving their SAP ERP usage, and optimising their end-to-end supply chain processes. After studying Mechanical Engineering at TU Delft, Richard joined a start-up software company in Rotterdam in 1997 and stood at the cradle of an advanced supply chain analytics solution for SAP users — as developer, product manager, consultant, project manager and in marketing & sales. Since 2021 an independent consultant optimising end-to-end supply chain processes, with deep expertise in SAP ERP (S/4HANA and ECC), supply chain planning & execution and operational BI.
Over the past 25 years we have worked with large multinationals and mid-sized organisations across:
Our focus is always on enabling users: optimising the core processes that deliver value to your customers, and making the context processes ruthlessly efficient.
